How this tool works.

Six scoring dimensions

Every Preflight is scored on six dimensions. Every score is the sum of named rules that fired, with a plain-English explanation for each.

• Bank Workflow Fit — is the problem real and bank-owned?
• Diligence Readiness — can the company survive a formal vendor-risk review?
• Integration Clarity — does the technical path make sense for a controlled first pilot?
• AI / Model Risk — is autonomy classified and governed? (Excluded from composite when skipped.)
• UK Legibility — can the UK path be defended without overclaiming? (Excluded when skipped.)
• Pilot Readiness — can a controlled test be scoped and approved?

The three-layer report

Every generated report has a scored diagnostic, a Week 0–12 programme plan, and a 30 / 60 / 90-day follow-up plan. The programme plan is auto-tuned by the two weakest dimensions — poor diligence adds action items to Week 4; weak AI governance adds to Week 6; weak UK adds to Week 5, and so on.

What we don't do

• · No AI. Scoring is 100% deterministic and rule-based.
• · No backend. Nothing is sent to a server. The tool runs entirely in your browser.
• · No account. Nothing to sign up for. No email required.
• · No stored submissions. Your draft lives in your browser's localStorage until you clear it.
• · No calendar reminders on our servers. The .ics file is generated in your browser — bring your own calendar.
