RFP Receipt
Receipts the claims, approvals, evidence, pricing assumptions, and submission milestones behind an enterprise bid — so the vendor can prove what was promised, by whom, on what basis, and when.
Bids are won on claims and lost on unprovable claims.
A procurement response is a dense set of assertions produced under deadline by people who then move on. Eighteen months later, in a scope dispute or a renewal negotiation or an audit, nobody can reconstruct which claim rested on which evidence or who approved the pricing assumption. RFP Receipt makes that reconstruction free.
What gets receipted
Claims
Each capability assertion in the response, tied to the evidence that supports it.
Approvals
Who inside the vendor signed off on the claim, and when.
Evidence references
Certifications, policies, architecture diagrams, test results, references.
Pricing assumptions
The volume, scope, and cost inputs the price depends on — sealed at bid time.
Submission milestones
Q&A deadlines, addenda acknowledgements, upload timestamps.
Post-award deltas
What changed between the bid and the delivered scope.
Who buys it
B2B vendors, healthcare vendors, govtech companies, and consulting firms — anyone whose revenue depends on responses to enterprise, healthcare, government, banking, insurance, or legal-sector RFPs.
